About me
Katelynd Bucher has been a Metadata Librarian at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Information Services Office since 2012. She received her MLIS from Long Island University with concentrations in Rare Books and Special Collections and in Archives and Records Management. She received her B.A. in history at Penn State University, where she discovered archival science at the Penn State University Archives. At NIST her focus is on digitization and metadata creation and management for publications and archival collections.
