Caroline Sinay Gudiel (she, her, hers) is the Systems and Technical Services Librarian at the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art (LMNA) in Los Angeles, CA. Before starting this role at LMNA in August 2023, she served as the Library Consortium Program Manager for the Library Services Platform (LSP) program, a program that leverages a cloud-based library services platform and the 110 California Community Colleges Libraries' expertise. With over 18 years of work experience in academic library settings, she has a Master of Library and Information Science degree from San José State University, is a volunteer peer reviewer for two academic journal publications, Library Leadership & Management and Information Technology and Libraries, and serves as a board member for the Orange County Chapter of REFORMA, the National Association to Promote Library and Information Services to Latinos and the Spanish Speaking. Caroline is new to ARLIS, has a strong interest in AI, and is eager to meet new colleagues and grow within this community.
